Pulling from both personal and professional experience, I strive to create an environment that enhances and encourages personal growth through providing support and practical feedback. My approach is holistic, person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help build upon unique strengths and to achieve the goals that one is committed to accomplishing.
“Our duty is to encourage everyone in their struggle to live up to their own highest idea, and strive at the same time to make the ideal as near as possible to the Truth.”
