Pulling from both personal and professional experience, I strive to create an environment that enhances and encourages personal growth through providing support and practical feedback. My approach is holistic, person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I use integrative methodologies and techniques that address the mind, body, and soul. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help build upon unique strengths and attain the goals you are committed to accomplishing.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) specializing in co-occurring issues (mental health and chemical health) and trauma-informed practices, including trauma-sensitive yoga. I have previous work experience in a variety of settings including crisis response, community-based mental health, and detoxification and outpatient treatment services. I currently serve a broad spectrum of adults.
