Services offered include individual psychotherapy for adults via video or phone only at this time due to COVID-19. Specialties include:
- Personal & Relational Growth
- Depression & Anxiety
- Addiction & Recovery
I also offer trauma-sensitive yoga, which is an evidence-based practice for treating complex trauma as an adjunct to psychotherapy.
Rates & Insurance
I offer a free 30 minute consultation to allow you to ask questions, discuss your goals, and determine if our relationship will be a good fit.
- $90 per 50 minute session. Payments are automatically charged to the card on file after each session.
Services for a reduced fee are available based on factors such as income and equity, as I do not believe money should be a barrier to receiving any services. Please contact me for further information.
I do not accept insurance. Services may be reimbursed by your insurance company as an out-of-network benefit, health savings account, or flexible spending account. To inquire about these benefits contact your insurance provider. Relevant questions to ask may include the following: Are out-of-network benefits offered; and if so, what percentage of the fee is covered; how many sessions are allowed per year; how much is the co-pay per session; and is the deductible met?
What are the benefits of not using insurance? I’m not required to give you a diagnosis that will become a part of your permanent health record. Therefore, we are able to determine the length of treatment, as well as the treatment plan, not your insurance company. The insurance companies will not have access to any of your therapy records unless you choose to release the records, which assures that everything discussed is confidential and also assures that you are not denied any other benefits or services due to an existing mental health or chemical health diagnosis.
